Do you actually use the software you sell?
Yes — every Apex group website, our client operations, and all three of our products run through miOS every day.
The sites for Apex Intelligence, Apex AI, Digi Mkt, and Apex Pay are built, deployed, and verified through miOS. Client delivery across the group runs on the same layer. AutoScope and WriteWell were built on it and are operated on it. When something in the process is weak, we feel it before a customer does — and the fix lands in the same system we sell.
The build standard
What happens to my project after the launch call?
It keeps its shape: source stays in GitHub, every change ships through a preview URL, every release can be rolled back, and every check is recorded.
The usual failure mode of outsourced software is not the launch — it is month four, when the person who built it has moved on and nobody can say why anything is the way it is. Our answer is a standard, not a promise.

What happens to the code if we stop working with Apex AI?
You keep it. Every build lives in a GitHub repository with its full history, deployment records, and documentation, and you can own the repository or hold full access from day one — so leaving costs you a handover conversation, not a rebuild.
Can Apex AI take over software another developer or agency built?
Yes. We start with a read-only audit of the repository and infrastructure, bring the project under our build standard — GitHub source of truth, preview URLs, working rollback, verification records — and only then start changing code. The goal is to have a takeover running under the new process within a few weeks.
Do we need to replace our existing tools to work with Apex AI?
No. We build around the systems you already run. Your CRM, phone stack, ad platforms, and data stay where they are — the software we ship connects to them instead of replacing them, so switching to us does not mean switching everything else.
