01 What this policy covers

This policy covers the website at apex-intel.co, operated by Apex AI LLC, a company of Apex Intelligence AI Inc. It describes what the website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

It does not cover the products. miOS, AutoScope, and WriteWell handle customer data under their own product agreements, and where a product agreement and this policy differ, the product agreement governs that product. If you are a product customer, your agreement is the document that controls your data.

02 What the website collects

The site is a set of informational pages. It has no accounts, no login, and no web forms. Information reaches us in two ways:

• Email you send. When you write to support@apex-intel.co we receive your address, the content of your message, and anything you attach.
• Technical logs. The infrastructure that serves the site records standard request data — IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps — as any web server does.

03 How we use it

• To respond to your inquiry and, if you ask for one, to scope a build.
• To operate, secure, and debug the website.
• To keep ordinary business records of correspondence.

We do not sell personal information. We do not build advertising profiles from visits to this site.

04 Cookies and analytics

The site does not set marketing or advertising cookies. If we add analytics that changes what the site collects, this policy will be updated before the change ships, and the effective date above will move with it.

05 Who processes site data

The site runs on a small, named stack. Each provider processes the technical data required to do its job:

We keep correspondence for as long as it is useful to the relationship it belongs to, and as long as ordinary business records require. Server logs are retained under the default policies of the infrastructure providers named above.

Email support@apex-intel.co to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Use the subject line Privacy request and it reaches the right person on the first pass.

08 SMS and text messaging

Apex AI LLC sends SMS text messages as part of its services — operational notifications such as new-lead alerts, voicemail and call notifications, and system status updates — to business owners and staff who have opted in to receive them. Phone numbers and SMS opt-in consent are collected directly by us, outside this website, from people who have agreed to receive messages. Consent is never a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding the aggregators and providers of the text message services necessary to deliver the messages themselves.

Message frequency varies with business activity. Message and data rates may apply. Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time; after STOP you receive one final confirmation message and nothing further. Full program details are in our SMS messaging terms.

09 Children

This is a business site. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information about them.

10 Changes

When this policy changes, the effective date at the top changes with it. A material change will be visible on this page before it takes effect.
