01 Agreement
These terms govern your use of the website at apex-intel.co, operated by Apex AI LLC, a company of Apex Intelligence AI Inc. By using the site you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
02 What the site is
The site is a set of informational pages describing Apex AI LLC, its products, and how it works. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, or a guarantee of product behavior. The documents that bind us are the scopes and agreements we actually sign, and we may change or remove site content at any time without notice.
03 Products run under their own agreements
Use of miOS, AutoScope, and WriteWell is governed by the product agreement between the customer and Apex AI LLC — not by these terms. Where a product agreement and these terms differ, the product agreement controls for that product. Reading about a product on this site creates no right to use it.
04 Intellectual property and marks
The content of the site — text, design, graphics, and page code — belongs to Apex AI LLC or its licensors. You may view the site and share links to it; you may not republish its content as your own.
Apex AI, miOS, AutoScope, and WriteWell are trade names or marks of Apex AI LLC. Apex Intelligence AI Inc and the Apex group names are marks of Apex Intelligence AI Inc. Nothing on the site grants a license to any mark.
05 Acceptable use
- Do not probe, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the security of the site or the infrastructure that serves it.
- Do not scrape the site at a volume that interferes with its operation.
- Do not misrepresent an affiliation with Apex AI LLC or Apex Intelligence AI Inc.
06 Third-party sites
The site links to other companies in the Apex group and to outside services. Each of those sites carries its own terms and its own privacy practices; these terms cover apex-intel.co only.
07 Disclaimer
The site is provided as is and as available, without warranties of any kind, express or implied — including accuracy, availability, and fitness for a particular purpose — to the extent the law allows that disclaimer.
08 Limitation of liability
Your use of the site is free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apex AI LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site, and its total liability arising from the site is limited accordingly. Liability under a product agreement is set by that agreement, not by this section.
09 SMS messaging terms
Apex AI LLC operates SMS notification programs that send operational messages — such as new-lead alerts, voicemail and call notifications, and system status updates — to business owners and staff who have opted in to receive them.
Consent. You receive messages only if you have opted in, verbally or in writing, to receive operational notifications. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies based on business activity. Message and data rates may apply; check with your mobile carrier for details. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out and no further messages. For assistance, reply HELP or contact support@apex-intel.co.
How we handle phone numbers and opt-in data is described in our privacy policy. No mobile information is shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
10 Changes
When these terms change, the effective date at the top changes with it. Continuing to use the site after a change takes effect means you accept the revised terms.
11 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Maryland, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.
